And the week is still young…
April 27, 2009
It’s only Monday, and I already have a quote of the week from the mexican flu story.
What we’ve got to try and do is stop people who’ve come in from Mexico, places where this is prevalent, going to their GPs and spreading it amongst vulnerable people.
Which, paraphrased, means that we’ve got to stop sick people from going to the doctor.
I can see where there coming from, but it still makes one hell of a quote.

…but a sexy new look for the blog!
I quite agree with the commenter, however – GPs’ surgeries are desperately unhealthy and unhygienic places – if ill people were discouraged from going I imagine it would be highly beneficial to the nation’s health.

Oh yes, I totally agree…but you’ve got to agree that something is backwards when that is the case.
